Game 1. Excitement in the air. NBA Playoff time is back.
This series includes 2 teams that fought their way into the Western Confrence playoffs. The Portland Trail Blazers vs. the Dallas Mavericks.
Tonight, Game 1, in Dallas kicks off, it will be a a battle of big men down low, including LaMarcus Aldridge and Dirk Nowitzki.
Portland's starting lineup will look like this
PG: Andre Miller
SG: Wesley Matthews
SF: Gerald Wallace
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge
C: Marcus Camby
Here's Dallas'
PG: Jason Kidd
SG: Rodrigue Beaubois
SF: Shawn Marion
PF: Dirk Nowitzki
C: Tyson Chandler
The Match-up everbody is going to watch is Aldridge vs. Nowitzki. If Portland can take game 1, Portland can easily win the series in possibly 6, and how they are gonna do that, they need help from Aldridge, can, the bench.
Dallas' bench is pretty good, but if Portland's bench can come out first and score more, then can win game 1, Brandon Roy will have to be that guy to score, and Nicolas Batum.
A lot of heat is around Dallas because everybody is saying, "Dallas is on Upset alert", don't give up on the Mavericks. They are 57-25, and 3rd in the West, and to make it 3 and up in the West, you are a good team. The West is tough, and so is the teams that didn't make the Playoffs.
So thats it for the Game 1 Preview. Enjoy Game 1. GO BLAZERS!!!!!
