Sorry for everybody that likes to read my blog I have been a little behind in things, so today, the Reds beat the White Sox to go to 3-2 in the Spring Training. Here's what happened.....
The Reds, 3-2 in Spring Training were looking to make Chicago's struggling spring training, they did sending the White Sox to 0-3 still seeking their first win.
It was scoreless until the 5th, Fred Lewis had an RBI single, making it 1-0 and the Reds would EXPLODE with 5 runs in the 5th. Then, while Jaun Francisco was at-bat, Chicago pitcher, Kyle Cofield, threw a wild pitch, that would bring in Chris Heisey, 2-0. Same inning, Jeremy Hermida hit a 2-run jack to right, and it was a 5 run 5th inning for the Reds.
The White Sox would answer with 3 runs in the 6th making it a 5-3 game. The Reds were looking to put it away with a run in the 6th with a Kris Negron RBI double.
The White Sox would tie it in the 7th. But Devin Mascaro would win it for the Reds in the 8th with a solo homer and the Reds get the win, 7-6.
Tommrow, the Reds will play the Dodgers at 6:05 PT. I will Blog every Reds spring Training game for now on, GO REDS!!
