Raiders Finish season 8-8, division Record 6-0.

By Hunter Hendrickson

Finally, The Oakland Raiders have finished with a winning season not losing. Its been a long time since the Raiders have done this. Let me check, oh since 2002: the last time we have been in the super bowl. The Raiders won today 31-10. Heres what happened.....

Raiders got off to a slow start same with the Cheifs but KC got on the board first with a Ryan Succop 30 YD FG to take a 3-0 lead into the 2nd quarter for the Cheifs.

But, the Raiders would get the first Touchdown of the game with a 5 Yard pass from Jason Campbell to Chaz Schilens to take a 7-3 lead. Raiders would get a FG later in the half to take a 10-3 halftime lead.

The Cheifs would tie it up at 10 with a Jamaal Charles 5 YD run and that would be the last time the Cheifs score in this game.

The Raiders would score to end the 3rd quarter with a Michael Bush 26-YD run to take a 17-10 lead and would hang on from there.

In the 4th, Jacoby Ford took a pitch from Michael Bush Reverse Play and take it 10 yards for a Silver and Black TD. Raiders would lead it 24-10.

Raiders would score just one last time with a pick-6 by Stanford Routt and The Men in Silver and Black end their season in a Postive note, 31-10.

The Raiders season is over and they finish 8-8 .500. Better than a lot of teams this season just that close to making the Playoffs. We swept the Division abut only had 2 wins outside of our divsion. Great Job Raiders! See ya Next year.
