By Hunter Hendrickson The Raiders were looking to Beat the AFC west Leaders The Kansas City Cheifs. And Boy, The Cheifs were ready.
The Cheifs scored 1st with a TD pass from Cassel to Verran Tucker to take a 7-0 lead over the Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders Fumbled and turned it over and then Kansas City got a 43-YD FG by Ryan Succop.
Raiders were behind at the half to the Cheifs 10-0 and when they were gonna give up Jacoby Ford took the Opening kickoff of the Second half all they way and the Raiders made it 10-7 in a Blink of an Eye.
Cheifs took a 6 point lead with a 25-YD FG by Ryan Succop once again. And the Raiders were in a Jam again.
Kalif Barnes, the backup TE for Oakland made a 2 YD grab From Jason Campbell and the Raiders took a 14-13 lead for their very first lead of the game.
Raiders then on there next plays took a 17-13 lead by a Janikowski 23 YD FG. Raiders with a 4 point lead!
But it wasent long in the 4th when Matt Cassel Connected with Dwayne Bowe for a 20-YD TD.20-17. Hint: The Cheifs NEVER scored again!
The Raiders drove the ball and tied the game as Time expired with a 41-YD FG from Sebastian Janikowski.
And the Raiders set up a FG for Janikowski and the Raiders won 23-20 over the Kansas City Cheifs next week the Raiders will have BYE week so lets get better and Improve our 5-4 Record
Oh yeah, The Raiders in the last 2 seasons have had 5 wins and already have 5 wins!
