On sunday,The reds got to off to a bad 5 inning.They Coulndt Hit.And thats excatley what the reds do almost every sunday.Miguel Cairo didnt think so.In the bottom of the 6th inning,Miguel Cairo connected with a 3-2 pitch and Blasted it into left for his 4th Home Run of the season to give the Reds the lead,2-0.Homer Bailey pitched extremeley well through 6 innings of work,Giving up 0 Earned runs,3 hits,and retired his last 10 batters he faced.He got the win,it was his first game back from the DL after getting injured on May 23 Against the Cleveland Indians.Joey Votto got Ejected in the 1st after arguing with a pitch.Also,Jim Edmonds Got his first Hit as a Cincinnati Redleg!!!!!!
